Our story

Founded by Ame De La Rey

Amescon (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2008 by Ame De La Rey and operates from Randburg, South Africa. We are an engineering firm specialising in steel fabrication for industry and mining.

Our work covers custom manufactured concrete buckets, material handling containers, lifting cages and platforms, conveyor systems, lifting tackle and safety cages — supported by repairs, refurbishment, plant maintenance and load testing.

Every item is built to the client's specification and supplied with the certification required to put it to work on site.
